SARDINIA SYMPOSIUM IS BACK AND CELEBRATES THE 20TH EDITION:
13-17 OCTOBER 2025 SAVE THE DATE!

We are pleased to announce SARDINIA 2025 – 20th International Symposium on Waste Management, Resource Recovery and Sustainable Landfilling to be held from 13th to 17th October 2025 in the traditional venue of the Forte Village Resort in Santa Margherita di Pula, Italy.

Sardinia 2025 is organized by the International Waste Working Group (IWWG), with the scientific involvement of the Universities of Padova (IT), BOKU (AT), Tongji (CN) and the Technical Universities of Luleå (SE) and Hamburg (DE). The event is held under the aegis of Tavolo di Roma (IT).
Founded in 1987, the conference usually attracts over 600 participants from all around the world and features more than 400 paper presentations per edition, thus making the Sardinia Symposium one of the world's leading solid waste management conferences.
